 Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

I had back surgery in 1984 with one of the discs pressing on my bladder nerve. since then everytime I have a episode with my back I have problems with my bladder. About 4 weeks ago I picked something heavy up & I have been having no sensation with when I should urinate & irritation of the bladder, weak stream, with sometimes feeling I have to urinate constantly. I have no pain in my back, mild pain in hamstrain. went to urologist & he thought it was prostate prob because it is enlarged. & i am 68 yrs old. any help? YYYY@YYYY
